*Avatar* picture on wall posts [Implemented]

I hide avatars in the forums, so I would turn this off, but I totally understand the desire to have it, so I support this

Thanks jake, and there would for sure be a off / on (show/hide) button for the avatars on walls.

One downside, is this could cause more lag when going to a persons wall.

eh i dont forsee that much of a lag..since the forums do have 15 pictures per page..and the wall would only have 6 including the persons...

Well some people, like myself, remember people from their names as well as by their avatars, i have sometimes had someone post on my wall and wondered, "who is this?" then click on their name, see their avatar on their wall and "Ohhh its the crazy monkey man!"... this is just 1 of the millions of reasons this is good for CC. I think it would be fun for everyone that enjoys seeing each others fun avatars, and for those that do not enjoy it, simply click "hide wall avatars"... so support avatars on wall posts! no lag, 5 min job. Thanks for the support natty

meh... i say just stick with the avatars on wall posts, if this passes, then you can start a whole new thread on avatars in games, because i wouldn't care much for it because they would be so mini you couldn't tell what was what.. but avatars on wall posts would be a fine size and be able to see.

i like it... when i go to someone's wall, i often don't know who people are, because their avatar isn't next to the post. so many members are recognizable by their avatars, this would be a welcome addition. if there isn't a lag problem, then do it... if it involves screwing around with the phpBB, then i'd rather them fix other things first... great suggestion, can't believe nobody has thought of this before...-the black jesus

No lag.. read first post, and the job would take a max of 5 min which I was told by the phpBB support team leader also quoted on first post. Thanks for the support owen.

Well, you can't argue every time that "Well, it's optional". Everyone would use it, and people would try to pass dumb idea's through suggestions based on the fact it's optional
