I think I should meet all the requirements, except I'm not sure if I've played 200 team games yet or not. (I've always had trouble finding good teams)
Will it be detrimental to me joining games?

Have played against you on a few occasions, you know how to play team games, will put you in with the next batch in a day or two. If I get to many complaints might have to bench you until you hit the 200game mark, but I don't see that happening. You won't have difficulty finding good teammates in user group :)
