Season 1, we had 10 doubles for the home team
Season 2 saw 4Dubs 2 Trips and 2 Quads for the home team
Question is what to do for season 3? My impression is that most clans would like to flip the equation to Quads-Trips-Dubs with more quads than dubs. Eg. 4Q 4T 2D
That seems like a really good idea, however, I'm also struggling with game loads and trying to balance clans facing off.
I think it would be best 5-5-5 dubs-trips-quads. This way we get an odd number of games for each match-up and a even spread among dubs trips and quads.

That is way to many slots to fill, but 3, 3, 3, would work out pretty nicely. 9 game sets with no ties.
I just dont get why you wouldnt weight the games the same...
Yer i know the more players the less luck etc etc...
but every caln has their dubs specialists...and their trips etc...
Why not just split it even down the middle....It just really makes sense to me
lovo, the games aren't weighed perfectly in terms of skill, number of players, etc., so why should we weigh them equally here? 4-3-2 is proportional to the number of players in each game type, and it counterbalances the luck factor of smaller games quite a lot.
1v1 games will not be included and my goal is erase them from clans altogether. They were a nice twist for a while, but they have run their course IMO.
Another reason I like the extra quad is that you open up gaming spots, so 3-3-3 is 27 spots and 4-3-2 is 29 spots. Most clans play about 15 players, so that is closer to 2 games each. Not opposed to 4-4-2 either at 32 spots

With the same number of matches, Ljex? Seems to me like a lot of clans would object to having nearly twice the game load as last year.

Would not 3-3-3 accomplish the same feat? Or would you like to add that you wish to nearly double the amount of games played?
I like Ljex's idea
Personally i wouldn't mind the larger load of games and would have no trouble playing 3-4 games a round, however i understand why other people want less. I still want to see a even spread across dubs trips and quads though as i think they should be given the same weight.
