Comments:during our speed game he wasnt being very speedy on a turn so I went to his profile to see if he is still online. His interests portion shocked me and I was not able to post any comments on his wall. He raged out of the game before it was finished when his bad lucked situation didn't even fit his 'criteria for deadbeating'.

I searched through his entire first page of games and found the game I posted in my original post is the only one where he loses by missing turns. However, his interests section is undenyable self-incriminating proof that he is an intentional deadbeat.

Yesterday I robbed two banks, stole my grandmother's stove knobs, then tied plastic bags around a cat's feet all for the pure sake of being evil.
That's fine and dandy right? You can just accept me word that I did that?

The point is - he can say that he will deadbeat in his interests, but until he actually does it enough so that the mods have a fair amount of evidence against him, there isn't much they can do.

Regretfully things happen in real life that cause people to miss turns. I don't see a pattern of dead beating. He has taken 98% of his turns. It doesn't matter what he says in his profile. I have seen a lot of confessions in game chats where someone says they are a multi, it doesn't mean it is true. So chicodasilva is CLEARED of intentional deadbeating.
