That depends on your role. Lets hear what he has to say. If he claims VT I know who to lynch. If I am wrong, we lynch him the next day.

Keep in mind that colton could be the werewolf, the mafia guy with no special powers, and gambling on us lynching Fircoal. If Fircoal is telling the truth and is lynched we're down to 4 town and 2 scum. Without a bodyguard someone definitely dies on night 1, then we're down to 3 town and 2 scum. Colton gets lynched on day 2, 3 town and 1 scum. Someone is killed on night 2, that makes it 2 town and 1 scum on day 3.

Not a good situation at all. If colton is the werewolf, the sorcerer is left and has a chance of blocking the town seer from doing anything useful.

I'm saying we should think carefully about just which order we want to go about lynching colton and Fircoal in. If we get the werewolf today the situation is very different and we pretty much have one confirmed town.

I made Fircoal claim, I likely am not scum, aage lynched him, colton's claim is why we lynched, Victor is the only other possible scum, and he was part of the lynch for fircoal, so he is a poor suspect. This is worth making him claim if nothing else.

Since you think your argument is "pretty strong", allow me to pick it apart.

I unvoted once Fircoal claimed to be the Angel, this was before colton counterclaimed. After colton's counterclaim there were two very quick votes against Fir that sealed things. I honestly don't see why you think there's anything scummy about me.

What "defense" are you talking about? All I was doing with my post was trying to slow things down so we could decide on who of colton and Fir to lynch first. It was fairly clear we'd have to lynch one of them, but if my hypothesis had been correct we'd have been in deep shit by now. We're lucky that the mafia weren't as devious as I can be.

Fair enough, it makes sense. I am not certain I should believe you however, while it is a logical argument, it is not the only one fitting the situation. The point is moot for now, as Victor's head is the one on the block. If nothing goes anywhere with him, we will have plenty to discus.

If Victor is telling the truth MeDeFe is the last scum, if victor is lying there are 1 or 2 scum (him and MeDeFe) and 3 or 4 town. If we lynch MeDeFe and he is scum, we have won/close to winning. There would be 1 scum, 2 town if MeDeFe is town and there is a NK.

I think Victor is telling the truth. He posted several times after Fircoal claimed and did not retract his vote. If he were scum he would have, especially after that kind of claim.

This makes no sense. Nightkills are built in for the scum as a team ability, not on an individual basis. Look at the role descriptions in the OP, that's the only way it can be.

Damn it victor, if he was town he would have claimed. Colton would just protect him, especially if he had any sort of power role. (seer) At this point no matter what he claims I can prove he is a liar, and he knows it just as well as I do. Because of the limited numbers of players and roles once several players have died and others are shown to not be scum there are very few who can be scum.

Basically me, colton, and aage are very unlikely to be scum because we were all instrumental to lynching Fircoal. That leaves Victor and MeDeFe as the only possible scum. I don't think Victor is scum because he helped lynch Fircoal, but he wasn't quite as important in the lynch as the three of us. That leaves MeDeFe as the last target. (unless there is some recruiting process, and then the town is screwed anyways)

He claims that he is innocent and points to his conflict with Fircoal early on. Honestly, from almost any other player I would believe them and back down, But I remember the Eragon Mafia. I was a town recruiter, and I had a plan that I thought would let all the players win, a plan that he agreed to. He then roleblocked me one night, and killed me the next. He played his role perfectly, wining for his side, while finely manipulating every other player in the game. A player skilled enough to do what he did the Eragon Mafia is more then capable of running a distraction like the red bit above to provide himself with a good cover.

There also could be a simpler solution, not all the scum know each other, or there are factions.

TL;DR There are 5 of us, likely 1 is scum, MeDeFe is the only one who didn't help lynch scum yesterday.

I agree. I really don't know what to say more. You convince me with the last sentence. It's true. He wasn't in that lynch. Also while rereading MeDeFe's defence I notice his defence is in no way related to him being scum... it's just related to believing a claim and not being online at a given time.
