I have reviewed the complaint. It is upheld.

Because this transgression strikes at the very heart of our system of justice, I am going to let loose in terms of punishment. I was thinking of requiring SaxLad to go camping with billy07, however, I believe that punishment may be in violation of the prohibition against cruel and inhumane punishment cataloged in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I will now entertain recommendations for an adequate penalty.
