If you're a premium, it would be preferred that you just start the game, reserve my spot, and then later send me the message with the map and settings. If I don't like it, we can drop the game, but overall I'm open to playing all kinds of maps.
In general, I'd prefer Sequential and Automatic. I don't care what the Fog of War setting is, just make it friendly relative to the map. Spoils should be either Flat Rate or Escalating, again, it depends on the map. We'll take turns choosing maps.
Oh, and keep the maps of moderate-small size
