The booze make me do it. Every time I get a drink in my hand, the fanny pack comes out.

You nicknamed yours "Fanny Pack"? Original anyways, mines named Charleston. Just no chewing... ;)

Well. I don't think clan leaders should have that much power. In our clan, our leader is elected every year and does not have the ability to eject a player without a council vote.

Now to the point. Any player should be able to play with or against any player they want. If your clan leader doesn't like it, you can follow the clan dictate or quit the clan. Our clan leader would never do that, but he has told me to be nice to players in a certain clan whose initials are a palindrome ;) . I have followed that "order"...for the most part.

However, if a clan has shown a total lack of respect for another clan, and the clan has agreed not to play players from another clan as a show of solidarity, I really don't have a problem with that. If you disagree with the policy, then leave the clan.

Just my thoughts.

im sort of on the opposite...
if members of your clan are playing with other players and picking up bad habits then i would have words with them suggesting to perhaps not play so much with said person.
Never kicking them out worthy...
but as most clans take their games serious i wouldnt want someone in my clan playing with someone average and picking up bad habits then bringing those into clan wars.

having said that...most situations its the top tier people switching teams around etc ie 2000 + team forum...

fairly certain that made no sense

personally i would just ignore the clan leader and do my own thing, and probably laugh at him.

i'd play my games and if someone has a problem with it then too bad

I'd probably leave banana peels around the clan leader, and then depart, voting with my monkey feet.

If you look at his games then it is either

1) THOTA
2) KoRT
3) Mythology

I doubt it was Mythology because the speed game with a myth partner was over a week ago and MTIceman posted in here asking about it. KoRT seems unlikely because of the KoRT posters in here plus ManBungalow plays a lot of speed games with a lot of different players. So the most likely suspect would be THOTA and Commander, which would make the most sense since he is a new addition to THOTA.

I in no way care or have an opinion on the matter. I am a fan of THOTA's as well as Blitz's so I apologize if I am wrong, just trying to use a little common sense to come up with an answer that you all seek.

I wonder whose words they are really. I think Duke has better comprehension of the English language and would know that's a weak rhyme, where Eddie probably has no idea. Another mystery! Who uttered "smoking dog"?

Me, too.

Frankly, I believe it is well within the scope of a clan leader's powers to forbid their players from playing with others. Since becoming a clan leader, I have taken it upon myself to guide my clansmen in their everyday activities, lest they ruin their lives because of their own foolishness. If I don't save them from themselves, who will? Here is a small sample of the rules that I impose upon the FOED members:
  • 1. Always eat a well-balanced breakfast. Cereals such as Lucky Charms and Count Chocula are bad for your teeth and are thus forbidden.

    2. When getting dressed in the morning, please remember that you are forbidden from wearing a brown belt with black pants, white socks with black shoes, or a tie with a short-sleeved shirt. Good fashion sense is close to godliness.

    3. Should you pass through a tollway on your way to work, be kind and pay the toll for the motorist behind you. As an exceptional drinker, we can assume there was much debauchery the previous night. Doing this creates karmic equilibrium.

    4. You are forbidden from bringing your lunch to work. Spending ridiculous amounts of money on fastfood is the only way to rejuvenate the economy.

    5. Always respect and promote diversity.

    6. You are forbidden from playing with Duke.

    7. Duke is forbidden from playing with "Duke." You'll go blind.

    8. You are forbidden from mentioning your bad dice in the public game chat. Children in third world countries don't even have dice. Consider yourself fortunate to fail your teammates.

    9. When addressing me in game chat or the forums, you are forbidden from calling me "Master." Such a thing may go to my head and cause me to abuse my powers as a clan leader.

I take exception to this. I wear a short sleeved shirt to show off my "guns". The clip on tie completes the look.

I get to keep my stapler right? Otherwise I'll burn this whole place down. (It's a Swingline)

And Dan...typically that round, hairless area on top of one's head is not referred to as one's 'guns'....just thought I would help clarify.
P.S. Don't kick me out of the clan for that comment, pretty please.
