Seeking Chatty Teammates

I'm doing more team games lately to learn stuff from others. But I've been choosing teammates based on rank, and, to some extent feedback. This has not been entirely fruitful. Some teammates ignore me and give no suggestions, or they keep their plans to themselves ... or their armies to themselves

Anyway, I'm looking for communicative teammates with some experience. Please apply within.

whenever BelJoDoe gets back from Japan, he's good...if you want a novel worth of game chat...but we did kick ass...so he's good...and i'll talk enough to organize a good game...but i don't write every little detail down...

Much prefer to explain what i am trying to do and what i'd like my teammates to do. Don't mind if teammates have different ideas which we could discuss.

Umm, do I set up private games and invite people I want? Is that how it generally works? And then where do i announce the game to open it to "strangers"?

Create a few private games.... Send the PW to friends and people whom you want to play... Once the people you want signup, post it in Callouts and give the game number and PW...
