Ok the semi-final results so far are:

HighlanderAttack Wins on England (2) Hong Kong (2)
Krissan Wins on Wins on England (2) Hong Kong (3).

Therefore Krissan wins Hong Kong, they will play one more on England. The bracket will be best of 5 instead of 3 as listed in the start since that's what was done. After the last england game, if HA wins, there will be a best of 5 on Random.
