Typically one cannot communicate with a player by PM unless closely related by roles, if Victor contacted you illegally he should be mod-killed, if he contacted you legally then you are related to scum.

I personally believe that in this situation, with presumably many many townies, we should lynch the both of you, you first since I cannot think of one common game legal role that would allow you to receive a pm from a mafia without being scum and we cannot afford to hand the game to a lyncher right off the bat.
and if you are a truthful townie who has received a drunken admission from victor, I strongly urge Mr.Squirrel to mod-kill victor's now irreversibly tainted role for the best of the game.

What little I know of mandy and the scenario surrounding his claim. I would say there is about a 99.9% chance it's fake and that's the conservative estimate. the real estimate would be higher probability of fake.
