It is a legitimate first lynch in a 30p game day 1 actually, especially if you combine it with the serious reason It's true there's mostly senseless wagonning, but I'd take that over a no lynch any day.

I think it is cute, and it doesn't hardly give me a headache. Very readable.

Also if you have a hard time reading something, you can always highlight it. I actually due suffer from recurring migraines in real life, so I don't take lightly to those migraine comments from some. A truly headache inducing color may be yellow, bright orange or green.
So don't just throw that migraine stuff out there. Or you can say it hurts your eyes temporarily, but its not a migraine.

Anyway...

I had made a long post about a lot of issues we have at hand. A lot of scummy behavior from various people. But I think everyone in the game has been distracted due to niet. Which is exactly what he was trying to do.

My original vote on daze was for scummarining, but due to her extremely fast post afterwards, I believe that's sufficient evidence against her. Btw, I really don't mind the pink, so that has nothing to do with my voting for dazerazer (though I prefer black).

Curious but who was the one that told you to come here. Contrary to what the French scum says it's not illegal to tell someone in the game that they've been voted. It's just illegal to discuss the game. I've been told to post before by friends.

A town player is trying to find scum and wouldn't vote someone purely for the reason that someone voted them. Also it lacks a real root of scumminess. While so does voting someone because they post in an obnoxious color, but it doesn't have the same kneejerk reaction quality.

I would agree that the bandwagon when you look at the ACTUAL reasons not that the whole "her post is pink" is very legitimate for Day 1 especially now that it seems there is a possible scum buddy attempting to defend her, but I don't see how the color voting is legitimate. To me it looks like it would be an easy bandwagon for scum to jump on as it's easy to blend in with a group of people shouting about how the pink is annoying.

Additionally, as flores mentioned when pointing it out in the first place, it can be considered a scum tell outside of day 1 random voting phase. Once the game gets to that point, simply voting for someone because they voted for you is seen as not being helpful towards finding scum, but rather advocating the lynch of another player for reasons that have almost nothing to do with the possibility of the player being scum. The logic follows that if you are taking such actions that hinder the finding of scum, that you must not want scum to be found, and therefor must be scum. Note that this only applies once the game has gotten serious. Early in day one there is essentially nothing to work with so you can get away with making worthless votes, although it is possible that in doing so you will say something that leads to you being the prime candidate for day 1 lynch. For these same reasons, if someone advocated the lynch of someone for posting in an annoying color once the game has gotten serious they would likely face similar suspicion...
