It's not that I don't have time. It's more that if I wouldn't mean it, then I don't bother!jeraado wrote:gl. Its two letters, don't tell me you don't have time to type them
At least you're honest about it!Foxglove wrote: It's not that I don't have time. It's more that if I wouldn't mean it, then I don't bother!
Of all the bad habits I have, this one doesn't even rate. Mostly, for me, it's not a lack of time. It's just forgetfulness. Although, if I'm feeling pressed for time, while taking my turns, I will tend not to look at the chat, so I guess it is about time.Seulessliathan wrote:disagreedTimminz wrote:This.trapyoung wrote:Some people play in too many games that start at odd times and you may not necessarily remember or not if you said something in game chat. When people have time for many games, they have time to say, hi, gl, or anything else. Imo it´s just a bad habit to say nothing at all. Nobody can tell me that they can play 20 or 50 or 100 games same time, but they have no time to say anything in chat. That´s just lame.
It´s ok if you have another opinion about this, but it´s strange that you call my opinion silly and ridiculous. Well, i suggest you foe me and move on, then if you have a problem with me and my opinions.Timminz wrote:
Upon further thought, you're ridiculous. "If you have enough time for this thing over here, you will definitely have time for this other thing", is a silly thing to say, and you should take it back, you big meanie.
Why would you recommend such a ridiculously drastic response to a simple difference opinion? I'm sorry. I didn't mean to get you all hot and bothered when I pointed out that your opinion was, in fact, really silly, when you think about it.Seulessliathan wrote:It´s ok if you have another opinion about this, but it´s strange that you call my opinion silly and ridiculous. I bet you also don't really care how most people are when you greet someone with "how are you". I bet the guy at the mcdonalds drive-thru doesn't really care whether I have a nice day or not.Metsfanmax wrote:I don't really want my opponent to have good luck, nor do I think that my saying they should have good luck has any bearing on whether they will.
it´s always interesting when people call their own opinion "fact" and opinion of others "silly and ridiculous"Timminz wrote:Why would you recommend such a ridiculously drastic response to a simple difference opinion? I don't usually greet people with such banalities if I don't care how they are.jeraado wrote:I bet you also don't really care how most people are when you greet someone with "how are you". I say "Have fun!". I don't want them to have good luck, so I don't say that. But I do want them to have fun. Just not too much fun. Because that means they're kicking my ass. So limited good fun. Yeah, that's the ticket.Risky_Fem wrote:I'm getting irritated by the growing (?) amount of people who just say nothing while playing a game. How hard is it just to say good luck/gl and gg?
The friend who introduced me to CC said I should always do that en be polite cause that's the standard here. But mayby he got it wrong and it ain't so normal?

The whole ratings are pretty rudimentary but this seems a "fair" way to mark "attitude" which is hard to define...
Just and opinion and if you don't share it then "gl with THAT!"...LOL
