Mexico City does not attack Bogota 3 laps when his superior? and Bogota all the time keep a 1 soldier on the ground ... I do not understand ... I would be in his place had two continents, and kept three border with the rest of the map, it strengthens the four rounds and then won the entire map ... logical is not it?

Sometimes when other players don't make the moves that you would or make moves that you wouldn't it can look like secret diplomacy. Sometimes not breaking someones bonus is in your best interest, not spreading yourself to thin, or setting yourself up for a retaliation attack. Sometimes players wait for another player to be the aggressor and try to take advantage from that.

I don't see any evidence of secret diplomacy. Geordie_McFish and erocker are CLEARED of secret diplomacy.
