Please investigate. A quick shows several games as opponents and very suspicious behaviour in the game I played with them.
The accused are suspected of:
Conducting Secret Diplomacy
Other: Being rude. If you just look at Barney's responses to anyone who dares post low scores for him they are uncalled for.
Comments: In the game Barney just played very irrationally. They built larger stacks near each other with Barney not pulling cards until the counts grew. When he arrived at 4 cards, and blue was at 5. I made a play to try to eliminate blue and fell short on greens turn he made a path towards blue to help him eliminate him. I'm not one to call secret diplomacy or to even care much, but this looks staged to me. Those who know more than me look and tell me if I'm off base or not. At best I think Barney was suiciding to every one elses demise and Rook421 benefitted ... at worse this was a game that went as planned.
I was in this game and dont think there was any secret diplomacy.. I do think barney suicided purposely to give rook the game but I guess thats his perogative.
Immitch in an Esc game you dont partially take out two Players leaving them with 10 or 12 troops at that point in a game without something happening .You obviously thought you would win like this ..........................Not happening ......You should apologize to Rook ,Myself and this forum for being a poor loser who blundered his way to defeat Secret Diplomacy Unreal .richmnty is probably right though I was left with 10 troops and the cash at 20 or more and no set ............nowhere for me to go really so...........................
After some Thought about this I have another question for you Immitch who would you have blamed if both Blue and myself <the two recipients of your dumb move would have just taken cards and sat then Yellow wouldve swept us up and won .........Then what .who would you accuse of secret diplomacy then?? Complete and utter waste of time
Clearly I have bothered Barney with this accusation. If no one else who is more skilled and experienced than I looking into this thinks there is anything to it. I'm fine with that and apologize to Rook421 to dragging his name into this. My simple investigation, found the two of them as opponents in several games with one of the 2 of them winning the majority. I looked at comments and found accusations of Secret Diplomacy by other players. I'm not experienced enough to say for sure what this is.
At best Barney is a rude bully and suicided himself to Rook421 instead of any other player. His early play and interaction with yellow was at best threatening and fairly irrational. I personally think that everything I've see from him both from this game and his replies to anyone else who has dared to give him a bad comment or rating is inappropriate and not in the spirit of CC.
However, in this game Barney refrained from taken easy cards that were available to him earlier in the game and waited to take them until the armies had escalated. At the same time Rook was building large stacks next to him. Which would be a good strategy in a Esc. game and I do not blame his for doing so. The turn before this I eliminated one of his larger stacks that was shielding everyone else from getting to one of Barney's stacks.
If after my attempt to take Rook out failed. He dropped cards and managed to get over to Barney and eliminate him. I would have said nothing and thought it was just good strategy on his part and poor play on Barney's part. However Barney driving his forces through yellow and camping right next to him while commenting go Rook is, IMO, at best suicide at worst Secret Diplomacy.
All I'm asking is for someone who monitors and investigates this stuff to take a look at it. That's it.
You can look at my record and will not find many instances in the games I've played of my accusing anyone of this. I may gripe about dice from time to time, but they go both ways and I live with it. If you think it's legit then I'm fine with that too. I knew before my accusation that I would be recieving my gift of 3 stars and bad comments. I'm fine with that also.
I knew my odds where not as high as I would have liked when I started my turn of taking Rook out, but with him having 5 cards and green having 4 cards and everyone else having 3 I was fairly sure if I didn't try I wouldn't see another turn. Someone was going to take someone out and doubleset on a turn at least changing the whole game and probably winning. But in my defense I wound up next to Rook with as many armies as he had and should have had the slight attackers advantage. I'd take my odds with 14 to 14 and me attacking for a shot at 5 cards in an esc game everyday. I already had bad dice to get to there dead even with more normal dice should have been close to 19-21 to 14. All of that part of this though means nothing to this conversation though. Green's moves after this and comment were what mad me even think to look at their past performances together.
And that's all I have to say about this.

BTW I haven't foed anyone because of this. I'm willing to take all comers no matter how dumb (or smart or rude or fill-in-the-blank) I think they are.
Pink took a chance of eliminating green but felt short. This has weakened green, enough for any player to also take their chance and finish what pink started. This is CLEARED.
