I'd like to join too.
I'll dusting off my two attempts from the recycling bin soon, I hope.

How about just "The Historical Society"?

Again, Id like to join, but I know nothing about map making, but lots about history. When thinking up a name I think the keys words used should be; maps or cartography, history/historical and society. Maybe something simple like, "The Historical Cartographers Society."
