Comments: It was real obvious that they attacked one player until he/she was gone and then when codman had 2 countries, Klipche decided to box me in so I couldn't get to codman. Obviously either working together or the same person.

Even if green somehow "boxed out" red from getting out of Oceania, this is still pretty weak to serve as evidence that green and yellow had a secret agreement to let yellow in the game. It looks more like green just got stuck in Asia and probably was going after it. This is even their only game played together so far and it's a fog of war game. This is cleared.
