why not a map of the whole BENELUX onbekende?

that way u get more rivers, canals, dikes, ocean. u can even add the islands of the coast of Netherlands (like Ameland, Vlieland, Terschelling and Texel) with the Waddenzee and the Ijsselmeer

in Belgium u can add the Albert Canal... for other dividers (since there aren't that many mountains around in the benelux besides the Ardennes) u can use forrest.

So then u could have the following "continets":

Luxembourg
Belgium
Vlaanders
Netherlands
Friesische Islands

U can even add cities for bonus - like Bruxelles and Amsterdam

This would be the map for Belgium (no Luxembourg)

I like Augusta's idea of a larger area. I think there is much more appeal and a lot of uniquness could be found there. I'd look into the larger area of the regions around belgium, rather than exclusively belgium.

As I am now in the exams, I will still be here and do small changes, butt after the exams, I will try to complete (as good as I can) 3 maps: Vlaanderen, Belgium and Benelux

3 seperate maps? I think that might be overkill. Look into combining the ideas into one, of a large area. It would be much more appealing I think.

Onbe, I have an idea for continue this map... But sadly its in my projects queue. Now, its SA, and then I have already another project... then work in this map. As Im a bit occupied, it can require 1 year or sort of.

Anyway, I will need help about some local characteristics... You of course can help me. If you are interested, pm me and I will tell you the idea and what I will need...
