Re: The Matrix mafia --- all plugged in
Ok my money had been on edoc and sax being scum but at this point I'm leaning slightly less towards edoc and am going to vote sax. I've looked back at his giant analysis post and from what I can tell he pretty much denied being any of the town roles. Other than that the analysis he stated made very little sense as well as most of his other posts.

This is my biggest bone with Sax. He should know that there was no way to have that detailed of an idea for the game. Unvote Vote Sax for intentional disinformation.strike wolf wrote:Ok my money had been on edoc and sax being scum but at this point I'm leaning slightly less towards edoc and am going to vote sax. Before you start a bandwagon on me, you should know that im unlynchable too guys.
and strike i never denied being a town role, in fact I am but I am not ready to give away what it is yet. There are some clues in my posts in pages before though.
If you can pick up on them they will tell you who I am.

I'm not a mathematician but I'm pretty sure that unlynchable townie+unlynchable townie=unbalanced. two unlynchable townies that could subsequently be recruited by the cult and become two unlynchable cult members=even more unbalanced. Frankly I think you're lying and the fact that you've claimed unlynchable tells me that there's not really a downside to pushing for your lynch.

At this point you've got to claim. You can't just say "oh btw I'm unlynchable and bulletproof. K, thnks" and expect to be left alone ...
Also, this is a comment in general. IF you are indeed a townie, for god's sake stop claiming out of the blue like this in every game. Claiming is a last resort ffs ...

*Sighs*
I told you before that 00 is townie, yet we wasted so much time for nothing. However, not that she's ousted, I'm rather afraid of what will happen next...
I do have one question to some of you, though - how do you know that when recruited, programs will retain their skills? This is not a regular recruiting, IMO, as when Agent Smith assimilated someone in the Matrix, he just made another copy of himself, albeit weaker (Well, perhaps an over-simplification, but you get it). I personally think it would be a bit of BS is all of the abilities would indeed be retained after recruitment.

I think I know who Sax is, and he wouldn't be recruitable. I'm going to believe Sax for now. So Strike I think icon (Sati) is the one we have to worry about being recruited.strike wolf wrote:I'm not a mathematician but I'm pretty sure that unlynchable townie+unlynchable townie=unbalanced. two unlynchable townies that could subsequently be recruited by the cult and become two unlynchable cult members=even more unbalanced. Ugh for the sake of the deadline I'm going to vote xuereb for submarining. His(her?) last post was from 6 days ago I believe. Unless I hear from him, I would rather vote a non-contributing person than someone who's been playing, since I believe that aage said there would be a lynch.

Re: The Matrix mafia --- all plugged in
I guess it is possible that they would lose some of their abilities. I have been in a game in the past where I had been the mafia godfather and got recruited and lost all my abilities and became a PGO somehow but even as town being both unlynchable and conditionally bulletproof and losing those abilities when becoming an Agent seems over powered to me when we already have one unlynchable player. SO it's very unbelievable and if he is somehow telling the truth than we aren't really losing anything by pressing for his lynch other than a little bit of time.Commander9 wrote:*Sighs*

Plus if we lynch him and he somehow turns out to actually be also unlynchable I'm guessing the mod will give us a few extra days(and piss himself laughing cause we tried to lynch 2 unlynchable characters on D1)strike wolf wrote:I guess it is possible that they would lose some of their abilities. Re: The Matrix mafia --- all plugged in
Actually I just want to see if he is unlynchable. I really don't want to know who he is, if he is a program it will just make him a target for recruiting. Unfortunately lynching him will also tell us if he is a program or not. I see no truly good outcome.Haggis_McMutton wrote:Plus if we lynch him and he somehow turns out to actually be also unlynchable I'm guessing the mod will give us a few extra days(and piss himself laughing cause we tried to lynch 2 unlynchable characters on D1)strike wolf wrote:I guess it is possible that they would lose some of their abilities. I guess that does make sense, but could he possibly be an unlynchable scum? Well, it will tells us his role, and a simple knowledge of the character will tell us if the character is a program or not.Commander9 wrote:strike wolf wrote: I guess it is possible that they would lose some of their abilities. No you really dont want to hear my claim young one. in fact my claim is the very last thing you would have hoped to hear in this game.
You might want to have a cookie, or sit down or perhaps even visit me on a bench with one of my friends.
I am a program, but I doubt that Smith can recruit me just yet. Its in your best interests to listen to me and take my advice. Whether you do or not is up to you...
