Does abyssinia border OE?

Hey I'm playing on the Western Hemisphere map and I control Africa. One of the regions near the horn is Abyssinia, and it is across the persian gulf from the Ottaman Empire. I was wondering if anyone knows if it borders beacause I'm not fortifying there. There isn't a line but it's very close.

No sir, it does not. The thing that may cause the most confusion is how the flag seems to stretch up there, but they're not touching :D
