Does West russia border east turkey.

Hey I'm playing on the Europe map and I control russia, and I'm currently winning. The 2nd placeman controls the near-east, and I need to know if my west russia borders his east turkey.. In real-life there is land between the Caspian and Black seas, but all I see on this map is a weird yellow triangle. He doesn't seem to be fortifying on east turkey.

No it does not. That is a terrain barrier.
