Well ga7 claimed doc like 5 or 6 posts up, so there's the possible protection. And yes, at the time I thought ga7 was scummy. I seemed to remember having backed off. At the time I thought mafia was larger, but now it appears like third parties, so who knows.

When the town woke up they realized they sucked dick and screwed themselves over. / covered for pancake, and so did Frenchie-chan who sadly didn't know he was also blocking pancake who was trying to save him. In the end aage easily picked off Frenchie-chan and that was it.

Frenchie-chan (Dr. Phil) has died.
/ (Doc with 40 phDs) has been endgamed.
Pancakemix (Doctor) has been endgamed.

Aage (Doc with 41 phDs) and Skoffin (Dr. Mario) have won.

Skoffin now has to her credit the easiest win ever, not even having to do an action. The actions for teh scum team were still in Flores mode so AAge was sending both, and the action was sent before Skoffin replaced. Thusly she did NOTHING (and won).

Notes:
All players but Dr. SK, the kicker, and Dr. Mario could protect. (though Safari was naive) That means if NAggy and Victor got off their lazy buts and sent in actions, this could have been a different game.
All docs with more than 1 phD gave an extra live to the one they protected. (not just the one with 40phDs)
