No, not asking if it is allowed.


Now that is out of the way, is it possible for multi accounts to have different locations in their profile. It has been a while since I made mine and can't remember if I choose the country or if it was determined by ISP. I only ask because I have found a few accounts that have almost identical names, but their profiles show different countries.

Your country is determined automatically by looking up your IP address in a GeoIP database. It isn't meant to reflect your nationality. Furthermore, the database is only 99% accurate so some members may show an incorrect location. Unfortunately there is no way to override your country flag.
