Ok well if it's that outdated you should probably work in GIMP.

Or at the very least, you could do the texts on GIMP, rasterize the text so the rendering won't change, and export back to PS. GIMP can handle PSD files so you should have no problems shuffling files between them.

And again: What's about progressing the project into the gameplay workshop? It's claryfied that we can handle the readability problem (see smallest version with army numbers). It won't be usual to use more than 99 units in a territory as well as it's not needed make space for say "o99" for example. The latter surely won't ever fit into all versions of this map.

All maps are required to accommodate 888:s on all territories.

Ok, you misunderstand slightly.

The 888 doesn't have to fit in the troop circle. Troop circles are made for 2 numbers. But the numbers need to fit in the sense that they don't overlap even if the whole map is full of 3 digit numbers. That's why maps are, later in the foundry, tested with 888:s on them. The numbers must not overlap each other, and they also must not obscure important map features, such as borders or territory names.

[Moved]

It would appear that development of this map has stalled. If the mapmaker wants to continue with the map, then one of the Foundry Moderators will be able to help put the thread back into the Foundry system, after an update has been made. ;-)

Moving this one into the ideas subforum, according to the current Foundry Guidelines --> http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewto ... 3#p3292833
If the map has NOT received at least the Draft Stamp, it will be considered just an advanced idea and therefore it will be moved back to the Idea Subforum.
