What are your favorite maps?

In no particular order : 1)classic, 2) pelloponesia, 3) malta, 4) africa

For me, that changes all the time. A map will be my favourite for a bit, but then something turns me off of it.

WWII Europe I still like very much, but less than I used to.
I loved the Hive for a while, but then I played an escallating game on it that got to cash ins of 500, and that killed my liking of the map.
Clandemonium was my recent favourite, but now that it has become a race to the deep land, I'm pretty much done with the map.

I like most maps that are average in complexities. I have a short attention span, so those really complex maps, I just don't have the energy to play the 10 games on them it takes to learn properly ....

I love maps that are pleasing to the eye. Playing my first game on Nordic Countries, and it's just gorgeous. Same with Greenland. Those are really my favourite types of maps.

First off, you are too modest. That is a beatiful map. Colours are great, the depth is very well done. I even enjoy your conecting lines the way you did them. Plus the gameplay on it is very good so far from my limited experience on it.

One question for you... what are the other two maps you created?

AHHH! (scream of joy) LUNAR WAR is my FAVE! That is my absolute no1 favorite map on CC. I like the whole concept, the graphics look cool, and plus I saw it in beta version and got to see the 15 change to 17 and the 6 change to 5. Gameplay is so fun! In fact, I used this map for my first tournament, Lunar Shield. I am currently on my second tourney, Golden Sword VS. Golden Shield (still accepting players).
I especially like the initial isolation so you can grow without being attacked right away. It's my favorite map.
