Kid, read the 1st Amendment.

1st Amendment

Notice the bolded part. That means Muslims can practice Islam in the US to their hearts content, so long as, and this goes for ALL religions in the US, that their practices do not harm others. Next, I suggest you actualy study up some on Islam, as well as the founding of the US.
