hmm...
Being a noob in mafia games, I should have joined a simpler game
All these discussed roles are too complex for my second mafia game.

With 10 players it takes 6 to lynch.
Deadline is this time Sunday.

Since it is about the roles, I can safely divulge this information. When the politician dies, his target's vote's control reverts back to the owner.

Not to be a dick, but you might want to watch out for errors in the vote count.

And aimless, that was a damn good idea.

So since we're still in soliciting-opinions mode, I'd like to hear more from selin and s.xkitten... do either of you have any suspicions? theories?

I agree, but I don't think that lynching me would be a good idea. As I said before, Greece could very well be a lyncher, and lynching me could win the game for him. Or, he's an insane cop, and lynching me would bring you down three, and then you go into a night phase only to have somebody else killed. Both are very bad scenerios.

I didn't put that as an option because I know that I am not a mafia.

Ack, I walk away from the thread for an hour or two, and hecter nearly gets lynched.

Unvote

Shame about the vote reverting, though; I thought that would have worked.

At any rate, as I said before, I don't trust Greece well enough to vote hecter based solely on his claim. There hasn't been a counter-claim yet, so it stands to reason that Greece probably is a cop; but I want to test his sanity before I lynch anyone on his say-so.

I think the biggest problem is the fact that we can't lynch a townie, because we are down two already. I think we would almost be better off with a no lynch than lynching a townie.

No, it sucks when we miss a day, but it would suck more if the mafia wins.

pancakemix, derfderf, you two are awfully quick to trust GreecePwns, and bandwagon hecter. I'd like to see an explanation why.

Right now, in my book, the two of you are the most suspicious.

I'm a little suspicious of Hecter about how much he pushes the insane cop theory...but i'm more suspicious of Greece, because he just pops up with an "I'm a cop, lynch this fucker" basically...no need to roll claim or anything, because he didn't even have enough votes to really be worried...

He might be a cop, but he might be an insane cop, but he might be mafia. If he's wrong, then tomorrow he has my vote. But for now, I think it's best to give him a chance.

The insane cop theory makes a lot of sense to me. Unfortunately, so does the lyncher/lynchee theory, since a cop roleclaim is a good way to pull that off.

Still, since there hasn't been a counter claim, I'm willing to believe, for now, that Greece really is a cop. However, as I don't trust his sanity, I'd like to see it confirmed before we lynch anyone on his say-so. Thus, for today, both hecter and Greece get passes from me.

By the way, Greece - as a test of your sanity, please investigate me tonight.

Vote: HEcter I believe Greece's claim and Hecter has been scummy, this will also prove if Greece is insane, regular, or paraniod. We'll learn the most from a Hecter lynch.
