more in depth rules

Post by joeyjordison »

recently i've come across a few cases where the rules should be more clearly stated. i reckon drafting a set of rules to keep things in order would be a good idea.

1 of many things to think about is how racist can someone actually be without earning themselves a repremand from the mods?

if someone is constantly saying all people of 1 race should die, insulting them at any opportunity, targetting a specific person on the site etc then is that cause for a ban on posting?

i'm not going to suggest any rules as of now but i think if u could make a more in depth rules section specifying that extreme cases of x, x, and x can result in punishment it would help the site i think

Yes, I hate the racists on the site. I think they should be banned, and the threads deleted/locked. O and before you start yelling at me for spamming, I'm surprised that I haven't been banned yet. Anyways, carry on.

i think spamming isn't all that bad as long as it doesn't destroy the thread.

The Forum Guidelines lists Bigotry as a no-no, but the guidelines are guidelines. Ultimately it is up to the moderator's discretion where to draw the line. Since our moderators have pretty decent judgment I think it is good to have that flexibility.

If someone is worried about how much of a bigot he can be without getting in trouble, that's his problem. All I can say to that person is stop being a bigot and there won't be a problem.

honestly heter, you post 100 times more than you probably should, but I for one never seem to see you being very negative...you are hardly spreading peace and joy, but you're obviously just having fun, and arent really terrorizing anyone that ive seen...

the ones who are out to intentionally cause pain are the ones that who need to be watched...your posts...while possibly completely useless, have never seemed all that offensive to me...Im not sure Ive seen one to be honest...on the other hand....i doubt ive read 1/10 of them....so correct me if Im wrong...

we should have some sort of ability to delete posts that are over the top by a vote or something, or ignore them or some sort. actually, if someone is on your ignore list can you see their posts?

You don't vote for King...it has something to do with a moistened bint and lobbing a scimitar I believe
