Welcome to my first franchise. As a lover of nearly all things Asian, I have decided to host a series of tournaments on all maps based on Asian countries. The eighth tournament is quads on Bamboo Jack.

Sign Up Rules

1. All players must be premium. Sorry, but I had too much trouble with freemium players in my previous tournaments.
2. No rating requirements.
3. 97%+ attendance.
4. Bracket will play as 1 vs. 8, 2 vs. 7, etc. based on team point totals. Subsequent rounds will follow the same format, but with bracket winners as opposed to points.

2. This tournament will be best of 3 format.
3. Failure of a player to join a game in 48 hours results in a forfeiture of that game.

With the 8th ranked team eliminated have you called up the reserves? Or will the 1st ranked team just get a bye into the next round?

Absolutely incredible set of games against trboye, yanakis, ivanbuba, and cille! Holy shit; I rarely have even 1 active game as exciting as all 3 of these were. Escalating at its best... the opening objectives of tert count and bonuses only served to give one team an advantage - the games were truly decided by late-game Esc play (and dice, but that made it exciting).

I swept one game by easily killing off a teammate...
After that, I was 90% to take out an enemy player with 5 cards, and then I coasted.

In another game, I had 2 pair, but they left me 77% (8v1,2,1) to kill my teammate and take his cards!
It came down to 4v1, but I fucking lost! They will kill him and will probably sweep.

In the third game (probably the tiebreaker), I found that Teal would be 56% to kill our Blue player (with 5 cards).
I deployed 2 on Blue to make Teal 36% to kill him and 1 on me, to help me get a card.
I proceeded to lose my 3v1, 2v1, and 2v1, and am now stuck with 3 cards and all 1s... f*ck!
I am hoping Teal fails to kill Blue, and we stay alive... but it's not looking good.

They will probably take that third game, but my last set of turns were a blast, so I won't be too angry at our loss... even though it is painful to come so close and lose. It's a great feeling to actually get a rush from my games again... I suppose most of my recent games have never really been in doubt, and that's no fun.

This tournament thread has not been visibly updated in a while. By “visibly updated” I mean that the thread has not been bumped for at least 2 months by posting a new post or reply.

We routinely check the last few pages of the “Ongoing Tournaments” Forum for inactive tournaments. If your tournament thread is on those last pages, we have to check to see if your tournament is still active, which can be quite a lot of work.

Please help us in our quest to find inactive tournaments and update your thread regularly and then also post that you have updated it (if your tournament is still active). This will get the active threads and tournaments bumped to the first page, and significantly lessen our workload of checking for inactive tournaments.
