Indeed, I don't know what's happened to him. He hasn't joined, and he hasn't received the lastest pm yet either.
I'll give him until the end of today (Friday in the States); if he hasn't responded to me, then you'll get his spot, Conchobar.

In other news, BunnRee has replaced ItzPetey for Toronto. Home map will be Iberia.

As much as I don't want to do this, DJENRE has gone missing. It's been a week, and multiple pm's - he hasn't joined.

Conchobar will take over on Washington, and will use Oceania.
