The Cold War is all the Americans fault in my opinion. Churchill knew that the Russians were not to be trusted. He tried to warn the American president that they were not to be trusted but he liked Stalin and trusted him.

Churchill predicted what would happen even before World War II ended. He knew that the Russians would be a threat in the future. Unfortunately the Americans realised this too late and the Russians never withdrew from the territories they conquered from the Germans thus creating the iron curtain and the Warsaw Pact.

Britain's Empire was sacrificed for the war. It paid America huge loans for the military support it received. I believe they are still paying some of them to this day, so do not think American support did not come at a price. Of course after the war with Britain, France and Germany severely weakened the Russians and the Americans emerged as the new super powers and a new world order had been created.

Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union at that time. Ukraine's death count is part of the Soviet Union's 27 million deaths.

Btw the Russians lost so many people because of Stalin as well. Many lives could have been saved, especially towards the end of the war but he wanted to reach Berlin before the US/UK forces and many soldiers' lives were sacrificed to achieve this.

Having the biggest empire is nothing to brag about.. In fact it's something that those respective powers should be ashamed of

I hope you are being sarcastic.
But if you're not:
Stalin killed millions, for what? Oppression, I think, I dono, don't know much about Stalin and the Soviet Union except for where it was.

Hitler, killed millions again, for what? Because he thought Germans were the supierior race.

How is it incredible about what G.W.Bush Jr. did?

Well, yes, that is amazing, in some ways. But killing is not fun.

And, no, I could not do that, as my government would not be that stupid to actually think of that lie.

i think what hulmey means is how interesting it is that it could/can be done and they are interesting case studies i hope he doe not think we should all try to replicate it and can we please get back onto the map, are there any other suggestions

also nobody has answered my earlier question as to why it should not be changed because you cannot see a difference as it will only take about 15 minutes

A has jagged pixellated borders on the river and the coast and B has these borders smoothed out so they don't look so sharp and pixellated.

yes i do because only a couple of months ago i was just like you hulmey supporting and defending him but eventually it gets too much and whilst the history lessons are interesting they belong in the social forum i believe we should discuss other changes now

Lots of people seem to be under the impression that if and when these borders are smoothed the map will be immediately quenched as it is there are still other things that people might want to bring up before we even make it back to final forge

I think this poll is running until the "no change" side is finally slightly ahead.

Oficialy poll is over and opcion B win with 52%. I will present smooth FINAL version tomorow, soory who think that is not good, but these will be final version of borders, with no change anymore.
