Joking certainly, however I see a pattern in Tal's posts too. They all share a similar theme of smug self-preservation, so it's possible he has a PR to that effect. It's also entirely possible that he's acting out a role for kicks... or maybe for some other more dubious reason, as dubious as kicks are.

But I think I'm gonna leave my vote on chap for now.
