Mr. Flanigan can clearly eliminate us and win the game and admits it in the game chat. However he is keeping it going for some reason. It is an abuse when used against non-premium members that can only have 4 games going at a time. I'd like to start playing another game, but I already have four games going.
This is indeed a form of holding a player hostage, and you're right for reporting it. I'm sure he will be getting a warning soon, or whatever his next level is for this infraction. Your game should end soon, hopefully!
If you would read game I have been accused of tactics that are not true as affirmed by the other players. By extending the game another round I was hoping for rational dialog that would end in players shaking hands and parting on a better note. I think if you look at my feedback you might understand a bit better that I value the gaming relationship and my rating. I apologize for trying to force a good outcome but I must say the complaintant comes off as an is an immature, irrational sore loser. I would bet that may not be the case but that's how it looks at this point.

Try again... you are breaking a rule called "Holding a Hostage". In this case, you are holding 2 of them. His complaint is valid, as you are breaking the rules.

I love this site, and it is good to know that members of the conquer club community love it enough to step in and help stop abuses like this from happening. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of support I was given, and I would like to let y'all know that I really appreciate it!
