Have you ever played with Shield before? He has a penchant for lying while claiming, often for no real reason. He claimed a killer, there was no point in taking the risk Com9 would have hammered shortly afterwards if I had not. I also hold a grudge against shield and think he should be black listed, I will go out of my way to hang him.

Think this one through, you ask about cult and I already have suspicions of you. Your ability to talk works both ways, you try to milk me for info I try to milk you. A noncommittal but vaguely interested response seemed the best way to try to get you to divulge information.

Well now that you got shield killed, I think the onus is also on you to at least claim, because you did say you would claim after shield did yesterday, and you didn't do so. Especially since shield was apparently telling the truth and was not mafia or Sker.

I am not sure that I buy the case on edoc. We got to daytalk which seems to be a standard thing in this game, at least. If that is the main case on him (as far as I can tell) then that would also make me cult, which I know I am not. While there is the weird response to evil's question, it also seemed like a weird question to begin with. And I have no idea where snowvillage's case is coming from exactly. A vague feeling from day 1 that he can't remember isn't a great lynching case.

This defense does not reveal any purity in you. Saying you voted for someone who you considered scummy has no substance if that person (Victor) wasn't very scummy, especially after he gave his defense, and especially since safari was the scummier counterclaim fmpov. I have no comment on the MeDeFe vote, as I'm not sure what dark alignments exist in this world and how they might operate. The most recent vote is what truly pushed my mind against you. Not only were shield's actions and words of noble stature, but I had just emphasized the importance of taking things slowly and pushing for more discussion. I need no cover, for my passivity is a virtue. I have explained my suspicions on every individual, and you are twisting with exaggeration the manner of my actions. I do not just post fluff and follow it with a vote. If you look back, I have only voted 2-3 times, one of which was simply to retaliate and mark my presence as a dedicated, strong-willed aid for those in need. And are you suggesting perceptions are not a good reason to make votes? I wouldn't blame edoc for his supposed quickhammer of shield.

The remaining unclaimed people were identified by shield himself, and Com9 took the lead in pressuring shield to claim. Shield did claim, and given the nature of the night scenes, theme, and flavor, many people didn't buy his claim. There was nothing too hasty about edoc's timing, I doubt shield had anything to add.

Simply a case of being overeager as a vig, leading to SKer accusations gaining more credence. I've said it before, town vigs need to be very conservative about how they use the NK, NKing early on in the game is generally only recommended if we have a possible jester. Otherwise, the odds are much higher of hitting town than they are of hitting mafia. An attempted kill every night is generally required of SKer, leading many (including myself) to believe that shield was some sort of anti town killing role.
