After everyone does this, we reveal the keys we used, and hopefully scum will be revealed.

I may switch it to rodion eventually though, because I think he could have had this entire thing planned from the start. Suppose he is mafia, and during the night, he made up a win condition so he could tell ALL the mafia to encrypt the exact same win condition. So if we decrypt these, and there are none that claim as mafia, then we should look at rodion.
