we had that recently in the NRL. the winning team was found to be cheating the salary cap and was stripped of all titles earnt. runners up were not awarded the titles stripped. there wasn't much complaint, not even from the runners up.

Then we could hit TOFU with recruiting violations for stealing Chuuuuck away from us with the promise of free meat substitutes for life. I've read all 1,200 pages of the NCAA's rules. No tofu is NCAA byline 1.324.23.4.234.2. Its a banned substance.

As to the josko case, I'm not sure we should speculate. To do so, we must first assume josko and/or other members of KoRT are in fact guilty, which remains yet to be seen.

IF josko is found guilty. Nothing will be changed with the first CCup. Everyone will be free to form their own opinions about who the winner should be, but there is no answer I can come up with that'll make everyone happy.

I am saddened this has all happened around the tournament and hopefully new rules are set in place that keeps it from going on in the future. But I will not adjust any of the results.

Chuck I can understand you wishing to preserve the Status Quo but where is the consistency ;
Kort reach the final because another clan was penalised for breaking (unintentionaly ) a cup rule , this decision you might remember did not make everybody happy either however you abided by the rules and rightly so.
Now though you change tack completely , KORT deliberately and systematicaly break a site rule ( which surely constitutes an unspoken yet integral rule of the challenge) yet you simply sit on your hands

I do not think THOTA should prosper because it is impossible to quantify the benefit of the cheating and it would be a hollow victory, that may of been good enough for KORT in the semi final but not for me and I think I speak for my clan also.
I would propose that Kort are stripped of the cup and medals and there be no outright victor of CC1.

TOFU broke a tournament rule with set penalties. KoRT did not. There is no way to quantify how much benefit that may or may not of gotten from it and fairly make a judgement of whether they would of of won or not had things have been differently. They broke a site rule yet you don't see the site canceling those games and giving points back, do you? They did not break a rule of the tournament. If the site isn't doing anything about those games, I have no power to either.

I completely agree with your logic comic, but I have no power to actually change anything. Everyone can view that win in their own way and think what they want about it. I am just not going to make that JUDGEMENT call for everyone.

I think a strong case could be made that the excessive sitting constituted abuse of the individual game rule , such a decision would be sweetly ironic given what happened against TOFU.
