That language/action on your wall is not an offensive in itself (foe and move on) and I don't think that the SD warning carries over to him posting/PMing you unless it was very abusive (much more abusive than in the screen)

its not just the wall post, if you go to the game you will see him rambling more abusive chat, and yeah i saw that he was warned for that already this is why i apologized for opening an other thread against him, but this guy in almost everyone of his games, does the same thing, calling people retarded and such over and over, usually i dont get offended but someone this angry really shouldnt be on the site...

I read the whole game chat (a decent read) and it doesn't look like anything in there is against the rules.. usually chat is kind of a free-for-all except for racist and anti-gay terms. I mean you called him a "cunt" and I would think that would be more offensive than being called a retard but meh.. mods will make the decision.

ive been warned for using the word "fag" because it is bigotry to the gay community.... this was in game chat, my son is slightly challenged, so mental problems do run in my family, this is why i was offended and fed up with his actions, and again he does this in almost EVERY single one of his games

Sorry, but this is wrong. Serbia received a ban for using the word "moron" and if CC wants to remain consistent, this needs to be punished as well since it's on the wall and not in game chat.

If they decide not to punish NukesofHazard for the use of "moron", then they also need to take Serbia down a notch in the escalating scale and notify him about a change in his official record.

You lost me right here for a variety of reasons.

1. The usage of "moron" in this report that I am referring to is not in game chat. In fact, I'd argue that doing this on someone's wall is worse than doing it in game chat and the forums due to the fact it is reaching stalker levels. You have to go out of your way to flame someone on their wall.

2. This was just as "un"provoked as Serbia-Colton's situation. Meaning, there was outside circumstances in both situations that caused the "flame". (The debate on whether "moron" is actually a "flame" is for another thread)

3. There are forum rules, not specific thread rules. If I make a thread and say "no one with an 'S' in there name can post in this thread" does not mean that the forum moderators are going to ban those that post. Serbia was specifically banned for the use of "moron" and it said so in the message he received. He was not banned for any other reason. This is no different.

Well if you had bothered to research the evidence you would have seen only 1 wall post. Could have been more more but without proof, well, you know, it would be like you claiming that I was repeatedly walling you to get bent and you just having an empty wall as evidence. Maybe we should just put take everyone's word for what they are complaining about and not worry about proof.

The wall post is a noted situation at the most. Nothing more. Maybe the PM is severe enough to be warnable.

I have red hair and I seriously, honestly will not tolerate being called a "ginger" in real life.. if someone says it they get one warning, after that I consider it to be disrespect that needs to be corrected.

However, am I going to cry to the mods and tell them that the "g-word" should be banned on CC? No, because I am probably one of the very, very few who finds it offensive. Many people (including me, a straight white male) find the n-word and the f-word to be offensive, and I support that those words are not tolerated.

I don't think that "retard" falls into the category of having widespread offense specifically because when it's used it's not being used pejoratively against the group - if I call you the n-word, not only am I disrespecting you, but I am implying that blacks are inferior. If I call you the f-word, not only am I disrespecting you, but I am implying that gays are inferior. If I call you a retard, just how the connotation works, I am not, in my perception, making any kind of insult against the mentally challenged, it's just a rather mild (to me) insult against you.

"Moron" is more of an insult than a bigoted word. Put him on your foe list so you won't be bothered reading his game chats and also prevent him from posting at your wall. That is what the foe list is for. Sometimes, it is too late for us to put a player on our foe list after we let ourselves be baited or get into a senseless exchange of communication with the other guy that we report them for offending us. What do you expect from two people flaming each other? One way or the other, someone is going to get offended.

You have control over your wall. Feel free to delete any posts that you want removed. Otherwise, why have that feature.

Please put him on your foe list. I am afraid there are lots of players out there who can also be as offending when they see people not playing according to their standards. If he is indeed a consistent offending player, we'll see how far he can go with his trash talk.
