this tournament will use a similar aspect of golf scoring, if successful, i may incorporate it into some team play as well.
requirements
freemuims and preemiums are welcome. but to limit the amount of dropouts and personal problems between players i'm going to make a few restrictions; rating of 4.5 or higher,

the scoring will go as follows;
scoring
- 1st place = -1
2nd place = 0
3rd place = 1
4th pace = 2
this means on a par 3, you will get a hole in one.
special scoring rules;
as stated above it is possible to get a "hole in one", well i'm applying for a general achievment award for whoever gets the first hole in one. also on par 5's. i'm applying for a "longest drive" award. this will be a gauranteed medal. it will go to whoever kills the most regions on any one turn during any par 5 hole. with the longest drive award, assuming there is a tie, we'll use the final scoreboard for the tiebreaker on this.if there is a tie on the scoreboard then we'll use the most games won. still a tie, then we'll use least games finished last place. after that i'll just use random.org to decide.
specifics
1.player with lowest score at the end of 18 holes wins.
2.tiebreaker will start back at hole 1 and will be sudden death.
3.in the case of multiple players in a tiebreak situation, i will try and balance them out the best possible way, but may require more than a 4 player standard game.
4.if a player drops out in the middle of a game, the game counts as a loss, and i will try to contact him/her. if unsuccessful, the first reserve will take his/her place for the next game.
5.please try as best as possible to settle disputes between yourselves, if i am forced to settle them, then you both may not like the outcome. i'm a fair person, but i just don't want to get in the middle of your little online squabble. this is meant to be fun.
6.tiebreaker holes do not count towards the pending GA medals.
7.your place in the scoring order is determined by what order you were taken out of the game.
