Okay, thank you to Fewnix and McShanester and a long list of others...
Google docs is all new to me, but apparantly this is how you do it, if you want to see a sorted list. On the top-level menu, click "VIEW", change it from "normal" to "list" and then you can organise the list for what you want to see. So if you want to see people listed according to their score, or according to their team, you can do that in List view. Like I said, it's all new to me, but piece by piece I'm discovering how google docs works and it's actually pretty useful for this.
Keep in mind that so far those are only the scores from Act I. I have not yet put in
ANY of the scores from Act II. I wanted to get the technical details sorted out first.
