Our eyes receive three colours: Red, Green and Blue. Which is because we have Red, Green and Blue cone cells in the eyes. When both Green and Blue cone cells are stimulated, we perceive the colour as cyan. Or teal. Whatever.

coming from the colorblind section that plays on here (and yes, I use colorcodes,) when someone says 'go after teal' or 'good job teal' I will honestly look for a T.... or would. now I just tell people to get their colors in line (which is kinda Ironic, from my perspective)

The trouble is, some players have names that are ridiculous to spell. It's a lot easier to say "Cyan is attacking me" than to say "Fink_11$38_BG is attacking me."

Actually, even your name, while it lacks the irritation of underscores or special characters, is still more typing than I'd care to do.

Yeah Rob, of course I understand. And if I'm the one initiating a conversation in game chat, that is often exactly what I do. But if I'm joining a conversation that someone else has initiated, then I try to follow their lead. It just seems contrary, if my team-mate says "I think Yellow is on Istanbul now" to rejoin with, "Yes, Fink probably has Istanbul."
