The accused are suspected of: Intentional deadbeating and point dumping via speed games

Game numbers: Do a search on him.

Comments: Kind of obvious, we all saw this coming (those of us who have been following him).

Hopefully it was caught before to much damage. Website ban waiting for admin follow up.

Yeah, finally got Manual Gold. Funny thing is, he was Captain, then 30 seconds before he missed his 3rd turn, he dropped 3 ranks. Still, 16 points is OK.

shouldn't the people that profited from snowman's points get some kind of penalty?

i mean DrAndrew managed to get 36 wins worth 500-600 points. isn't that a form of abuse?

I agree to a point, however, he already had those games created and *snowman* joined his games.. He couldn't help it. Now, if he joined snowmans games then there would need to be a warning given out. But that is not the case.

I agree here it was not his fualt a deadbeat joined his games nothing you can do

If he joined Snowman's games, or invited Snowman, yes.

If Snowman joined his games, no.

agreed, but by the looks of it..snowman joined his games unless someone has proof of invites.. he had all those created, then was kicked for rule violation.. nothing can really be done. sucks tho, he sure did get a lot of points from them.

Like it was said snowman joined his games. This has been bumped up to admin to decide if DrAndrew should lose the points that he has gained.

this would have all been avoided had he been banned when he had asked to have been banned. it was obvious from the start he wanted to be banned but noone did anything... kinda like a guy wanted to kill himself and everyone knew he wanted to but did nothing then he finally did it and everyoe saying its someones elses fault.. well had action been taken a head of time then it would have been avoided... i know bad analagey for this but same tihgn applies had he been banned when he stated to bann him the spurious reports would not have been made and this would not hav happened as he wouldn't have been here... thus you can blame it on the CC mods for what happened and not snowman

i doubt anybody starts 36 speed freestyle games to play at the same time so i'm pretty sure he knew snowman was deadbeating. but without any proof he can't be banned or even warned. the most logical thing would be to simply remove his 5-600 points from those games and that's all.
