The rules talk about multiple accounts, secret alliances, enforcement, moderation and privacy. But I do not see an explanation as to how scores are calculated.

Conquer Club players are initially given a score of 1000. At the end of each game, the winner takes points away from each loser. The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score ) * 20.
The points formula is applied only to players who have taken a turn after Round 1, because it takes no skill to defeat a deadbeat who doesn't play.

that would be the overall score of the winner like mine is 979 or something. So if I beat someone who was like 1789 then it would be calculated as
