So i know that in team games if a team mate deadbeats or is kicked out for whatever reason that you get their troops and spoils.

That being said in a game like this: Game 9598315, I feel it sucks that it works this way. ( the chat should tell you what happened.)

This game was over until Blue got kicked for no good reason.

Is there anything that can be done to not let things like this happen?

ye, quite hard to prevent that. he got 2 sets at round 5 or something and a 3rd set right after that.

Wow...that's complete bullshit. With missed turns, you can take advantage of what's going to happen. When they boot a player, it's like flipping a switch that automatically gives advantage to the teammate. CC needs to deal with this issue, but I'm betting they won't. That sucks.
