Sorry, the dice are here to stay until the end of the event (CC Summer Bash 2011). A few people complain every time we have new dice images for a special event, but the majority don't really mind and it adds a pleasant effect. I'm going to merge this topic with another recent topic about the dice images once everyone has had their say.

Not true this time around. The Entertainment Team is working on a modified dice image that will allow everyone to see the yellow highlights more easily. Stay tuned.

an excellent idea, i personally have sight problems and find them difficult to read frankly in this day and age its not acceptable to say they are here to stay tough if thats the case, when i paid my money over, those dice were not in use, full refund please.

i don't mind event dice normally, but this one are a pain in the eye, and i don't even know what they are supposed to represent.

wearing those ugly avatars and sigs are also a pain in the eye. i hope i win a trivia soon so i can use my own sig and avatar again.

we (the mayority of the players) pay CC anually, but it looks like CC is having a lot of trouble with customer support lately. and that's just sad.

Even when a lot of customers say something needs to chance, you just say: "not gonna happen, because we say so, and we're not in the mood to chance things" and if you disagree, you get a 3 month ban.

The dice will not be here forever. Just a few weeks max. As sully said they are working on a fix.

There's a possibility of this happening, and if you want that then post in the appropriate thread to increase its support. But event dice are approved of by the majority of players, so really we're doing what the customers want, if you look at it that way, so we're not just going to abandon them entirely.

Send me a link to the poll where it shows the approval of the majority please. If you can't will you give me a 3month ban if I post 5more times in the next 16hrs?

The dice sux arse, but at least this time they show the correct numbers unlike previous lame attempts. So interesting to see that the dipshits that meddle with such things are capable of learning, all be it slowly. Now if they would just learn to have thicker skins..... Or are they racist against black bandits?

Unnecessary. I searched the Suggestions forum and couldn't even find 15 people who openly objected to the event dice in the last two years, including people who posted in this thread. You're going to need a bit more support than that to prove that even a sizeable minority want them gone.

Looking through that thread, I see a lot of people offering reasonable issues with the specialty dice (then the world cup ones, which were ugly and illegible, just like the summer dice), and max basically telling everyone that they're wrong and to f*ck off, much like he's been doing in this thread. I continue to be amazed that he remains part of Team CC.

I actually have been continually annoyed with the random change of dice over the past few years. they are hard to read, and really serve no purpose ( as far as I can tell), for game improvement.
I would greatly appreciate, if team CC would stop messing with them.

i support to never change the dice from standard dice ever again it always changes the play and mixes up the pattern sending out all the 6's and 1's together i almost quit last year over this did not renew for awhile

I'm sorry if you thought that we were changing the actual dice. Let me assure you that in no way are we actually altering the gameplay -- the only thing that we have changed recently is the image of the dice displayed in your browser. The algorithm we use to determine the results is the same great one we've had for a while!
