MrGato I'm with you on wanting to get at cheaters but all of the conversation you posted about was talked about openly in game chat. Therefore it is not secret diplomacy and I don't think in this case can be ruled as cheating. Now if one player was intentionally throwing the game which I did not read enough to comment on then that would be the charge of intentionally throwing a game and not secret diplomacy. Good luck!

I wish I had more evidence to present. Maybe one of the mods can check their pms and see if they didn't set it up during that 5 min period we had to wait for one of them to "run an errand" right before we started the game.

Yeah it's still possible...they can check it out for things like multiple accounts and such.

i know both the accused well and i can gaunatee they are not multi's and i highly doubt Secret diplocy. just my 2 cents on this

I don't see the secret diplomacy here. This is a three player game where the first one to make a move against one of the others the third player might have a chance to try to take advantage. It doesn't look like they are playing together to me.
