after immediately secure in connecting territories they left ajoining areas undefended.Having asked them to declare their alliance, ocelot responds with "ya sure" and thats it. other weird actions in game as well.

I was in this game as well and concur with the General's assessment - most blatant secret alliance I have seen so far in my short Conquer Club career.
