Cheating and Abuse punishments

I'm sorry but I can't seem to find it but where do I post a concern about how cheating and abuse is punished, please?
Even better if I discover where that is I will be able to properly see if anyone has already said what I want to say.

I already did that and was told to address the forums. It wasn't a punishment of mine but someone on the other team. When he was ejected the strongest player in the game suddenly received all of his spoils and troops and proceeded to blast us off the map.

oh...you prolly want suggestions then. However this wont be changed. It was changed to this from the old system of if you had a partner who was kicked it meant an auto loss usually as you got nothing from your team mate.

In the future...play games with people you know and trust that arent cheaters
