How feasible would it be to have anonymous cheating reports?

I reported a multi in a triples game. Now there's a player named "pilate066" whose joining my games
.
There's also a "zip_disc2" (zip_disc was my teammate and filed a grievance).

I'm pretty sure topper_henry/jackbauer made these accounts
