Hello there.So in the final round the player from the beta bracket still needs to beat me twice right?Hopefully this "quasi" double elimination does not mean that he only has to beat me once.Would like some clarification please.Thanks

Nope, just once. I would do twice, except for the Beta Bracket winner has to win more games to make up for the extra loss.
