If u check the games they joined they r mostly the same games and sometimes their turns take a few minutes right after each other! Both from Rep. of South Korea! and in this game they dont even attack each other! JP1000 is his main account which he paid for and robertkelly260 helps the other one. If u check robertkelly260's game history, they are always playing in the same games.

So far, they look clean from being multis. They are most likely friends. With the current placement they are on the map right now, most especially green, he has no choice but to get past through red. Red has no choice but to find a place to establish himself. Play the game as it is. For now, they are cleared.
